  Conference Car - ideal for Business Groups
  The Eastern & Oriental Express offers a unique setting for conferences, meetings or presentations. The E&O Conference Car offers a seated boardroom-style setting for up to 20 people; the self-contained carriage and discreet service ensure total confidentiality. Once work is done, delegates may join their fellow train travellers.

• Private Charter
  With 80 or more guests, hire the train for one of the regular E&O journeys, or put together your own itinerary to suit your schedule and the E&O timetable.
  If you do not have available time for an overnight excursion, you can still enjoy a taste of the E&O by chartering the train for a three- or six-hour round-journey departing from and returning to either Singapore or Bangkok. On a six-hour journey, guests can be served in two seatings, for a maximum of 70 guests per seating.
  A luxury train hired exclusively for your use is a guaranteed way to make a lasting impression !

All Group or Charter bookings are tailored to your own specific requirements, and we will be delighted to provide you with a quote accordingly. To aid us, please provide the following information : -
- dates of travel
- sector of travel
- number of passengers
- type(s) of compartments, if required
- special arrangements - specific catering, entertainment, etc.

We do not have a required fixed notice period, but as a guideline :
- Group Travel reservations are generally made at least six months in advance
- Charter reservations: many clients work to a 2-3 year lead time and usually book at least 12 months ahead
However, we always try to accommodate bookings at shorter notice.
