Getting there
Peppers Hidden Vale is within an easy drive of Brisbane (60 minutes on the Cunningham Highway), Toowomba (50 minutes east of Toowoomba) and the Gold Coast. Self-drive (we provide detailed driving instructions on request), take a luxury limousine or coach transfer from Brisbane, or a train to Rosewood.

Accommodation
Elegant guest accommodation is located in cottages scattered amongst country gardens. Each cottage has its own distinctive character ranging from a quaint one bedroom Chinese cottage built in the late 1800s to a six bedroom cottage that was formally the Station Manager's home. All 30 guest rooms and suites offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, valleys and lakes from large verandahs.

Dine & Wine
Named after one of the early pioneer families who once owned the property, Cotton's Restaurant offers a fine dining and gourmet cuisine in a relaxed intimate atmosphere. Its innovative menu highlights fresh produce grown in the rich fertile soil of the region, matched with a superb wine list. Specialities of the house include the celebrated Wagyu beef, as well as a variety of seasonal dishes prepared using herbs from the herb garden.
Cotton's Restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner :
- breakfast: 7:30 - 9:30am. midweek, 7:30 - 10:00am weekends
- lunch: 12:00 - 2:30pm.
- dinner: 6:30 - 8:30pm.
The restaurant is fully licensed and open to the public for private, group and social functions, including weddings.
