Seaview Villa (previously Valley Villa)
Tucked away in a calm valley boasting a verdant setting of abundant greenery. Each villa has a spacious living area, verandah and its own jacuzzi jet pool - feel the swirling water soothe your tension. The ideal hideaway, this is a luxurious villa for an intimate getaway or couples on honeymoon.
Seafront Villa (previously Ocean Villa)
Perched on a hillside and built on stilts to preserve the natural vegetation, this peaceful villa affords splendid views of the ocean through the canopy of shady age-old trees. Each villa is luxuriously appointed, from the 5 metre-high rustic Balinese grass roof to the extravagant bathroom with sunken bath and open-air jacuzzi jet pool, and features traditional Indonesian architecture and authentic local décor.
Villa On the Rocks
Built on the boulders next to the sea, the Villa On-the-Rocks is perfect for ocean lovers - wake up to the sound of waves breaking on the rocks or let the song of the sea lull you to sleep. The lavish accommodation provides privacy and tranquility, from the walled courtyard garden to the romantic four-poster bed.
The Villa On-the-Rocks' unique package inclusions are :
- daily continental breakfast at Tree Tops Restaurant for two persons
- late check-out up until 3pm. (subject to availability)
Sanctuary Pool Villa (2-bedroom)
Perfect for couples or groups.

Bayfront Pool Villa (1- or 2-bedroom)
With its tasteful décor, private swimming pool, open-air jacuzzi jet pool, and awe-inspiring view of the open sea, the Bayfront Pool Villa offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort. Unwind in total seclusion high on the hill and soak in the peace and serenity of the forest surroundings. The one-bedroom Bayfront Pool Villa enjoys an additional living room and as such may be the preference for couples, while the two-bedroom Bayfront Pool Villa is ideal for families and close friends as it can accommodate up to four people.
Spa Pool Villa
With its private swimming pool, the exclusive Spa Pool Villa comes replete with relaxing music, oils, flower petals, incense, and a romantic spa treatment in your own villa.
The Spa Pool Villa's unique package inclusions are :
- two-way transfer between Banyan Tree and Bintan Island (Bandar Bentan Telani) Ferry Terminal

Rates shown are typical best available rates; the exact rate may vary depending upon resort demand and seasonal dates (public holidays, special events) and will be reconfirmed before a requested reservation is processed.
Rates based on a per villa per night basis (1-bedroom villa standard occupancy up to 2 persons; 2-bedroom villa standard occupancy up to 4 persons).

Potential additional charges
- Extra Bed surcharge: US$ 100++ per person, inclusive of breakfast

- Rates in US Dollars (US$) and subject to (depicted by ++) additional 10% service charge and prevailing Government tax (currently 11%).
- Rates valid until 22 December 2011; rates and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
Pricing for festive season 23 December 2011 - 3 January 2012 available on request - minimum 3-night stay.
- Check-in time after 15:00 hours, check-out time before 12:00 hours (both Bintan time).
- Cancellation policy:
- if cancellation made within 14 days of arrival date, 50% cancellation fee is charged
- if cancellation made within 7 days of arrival date, original full length stay is charged accordingly for either a No Show or a shortened stay
