Baan Sabai rates :
- Low Season: US $ 850 per day (1 May - 31 October 2010)
- High Season: US$ 1,200 per day (1 November 2010 - 30 April 2011, excluding Peak Season dates)
- Peak Season: US$ 1,800 per day (16 December 2010 - 15 January 2011)
Minimum booking period: 1 week (shorter stays may be possible on request)
Deposit required to secure booking: 20% Low Season, 40% High & Peak Season
Rates inclusive of :
- on-site resident staff
- on-call Villa Manager
- meals from the in-house Thai menu, snacks and fruit
- one free case of beer; soft drinks and water
- airport transfers both ways
- complimentary 7-seater minivan with driver

Cancellation policy :
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing.
Cancellation / early departure / No Show is subject to the following fees:
- cancellation with notice period greater than 60 days prior to arrival date receives full refund less USD 250 cancellation fee
- cancellation between 30-60 days prior to arrival date incurs a 20% cancellation fee (ie. loss of deposit), unless a replacement booking can be found at equivalent rental rates
- cancellation between 15-30 days prior to arrival date incurs a 50% cancellation fee, unless a replacement booking can be found at equivalent rental rates
- cancellation with notice of 14 days or less prior to arrival date incurs a 100% cancellation fee (ie. no refund), unless a replacement booking can be found at equivalent rental rates
- No Show incurs the full amount of the original reservation
