Check-in and Check-out time
Your time of arrival on check-in date and departure on check-out date is entirely up to you. We do not book other guests out/in on the same day that you arrive/leave, so there is no pressure time-wise. Relax and enjoy !
Airport Transport
Return airport transfers (up to two different pick-up times per group) are provided on a complimentary basis.
7-seater minivan with driver
Complimentary 7-seater minivan with driver is available for your transport needs for up to 5 hours a day (extendable at minimal cost).
We can also arrange rental of other vehicles of your choice.
Food and Beverage
Included in the price of your stay are :
- breakfast (American or Continental style)
- home-cooked lunches and dinners from the in-house Thai menu (other dishes available on request)
- snacks and fruit
A full dinner party or poolside BBQ can be arranged and cooked for you - we only charge for the food at market cost price.
A range of soft drinks, plenty of water, and one complimentary case of beer are provided on arrival. (If you need more alcoholic drinks, simply place your order and your fridge will be re-stocked (chargeable cost)).
Food and Beverage bill will be presented at the end of your stay.
Baan Sabai facilities
Bedrooms
Comprising 5 individual Thai–style bedroom villas (including one master/honeymoon suite with lounge room, TV and spa-bath) all with ensuite bathrooms. Temporary beds and cots on request.
Kitchen
The large fully-equipped kitchen is available to you at any time, day or night. Ask the chef to prepare some delicious Thai food, or have your favourite fresh fruit served around the pool.
Lounge, Games Room and Bar
The Thai-style lounge upstairs comes complete with a TV and DVD player, offering a living space to enjoy the latest movies.
The large games room downstairs is another perfect meeting place or a rainy day escape, with plenty of comfortable seating and natural light. It comes complete with "Shooters" bar, regulation pool table, dart board, various board games, stereo, large screen cable TV, DVD player, Sony Playstation II, and a selection of CDs, DVDs and video games. It also has unique glass viewing windows into the swimming pool so that you can watch the underwater action as you relax downstairs !
Home Cinema
Your private "Gold Class" theatre sports luxurious reclining ‘La-Z-Boy’ seating for 10 guests, and is a great place to watch a big TV event or DVD movies on the huge 110” projection TV with outstanding surround sound. A popular room with adults and kids alike !
Study Room
If you need to stay in touch with your business back home, head to the dedicated Study Room with a fully equipped high-end PC with broadband connection, colour printer, copier and fax. Baan Sabai is also set up with wireless broadband, so if you bring your own laptop, you can connect to the internet from anywhere within the villa.
Gymnasium
If keeping fit is your passion, the large fully-equipped and air-conditioned gymnasium with en-suite bathroom has everything you need to keep you fit and energised. Try out the range of free weights (10-110lbs), cross-trainer and multi-gym, treadmill, and exercise bike; punch bags, medicine balls, skipping rope and yoga mats are also available.
Swimming Pool and Barbeque
The private villa also comprises a large free-form swimming-pool (3-7ft. deep) complete with sun-lounges, outdoor tables, and plenty of outdoor seating around the villa for privacy, including a garden sala for morning coffee or mid-afternoon massage. A large gas-fired BBQ is also provided for poolside barbeques.
Staff
Baan Sabai has 3 resident staff to maintain the villa to the highest standard; they prepare your meals, clean your rooms, and attend to your laundry.
Your on-call personal Villa Manager speaks perfect English and manages the villa and its staff. The Manager will make sure that your every need is taken care of - from making restaurant reservations, booking tours, transportation, confirming travel reservations, arranging massages ... even organising a baby elephant visit the villa ! Nothing is too much trouble !
Massage
Arranged on request. Baan Sabai has connections with several spas on Phuket island, and massages can be arranged at the villa in your room or by the pool, or a complete treatment can be booked in one of our recommended health spas.
Babysitting
Available on request. We use reliable & experienced sitters.
